Cescaphe Ballroom, May 12th, 2018
At a bar in Baltimore, MD on a football Sunday (our mutual friends connected us together).
How did the proposal happen?
Steve bought a personalized dessert plate that said “Will you marry me?” on it. He originally planned to take me to our favorite restaurant and ask me once we finished our final course. He was going to order dessert so that once we were finished, I would see what was written on the plate. Last minute, I happened to ruin our plans since I wasn’t feeling well after traveling all week. He then tricked me and decorated our bedroom with hundreds of flowers and photos, intimately proposing in our home!
Why did you choose a Cescaphe Wedding?
Food! Intimate Setting! Excellent Reputation!
What was your favorite part about wedding planning?
Picking songs, colors and décor to set the mood for the evening that we wanted to portray.
What was your favorite part of your wedding?
Dancing the night away!
What did you do to make your wedding day extra special?
We incorporated our dog, Reggie, in our ceremony, ice sculpture, signature cocktail “Reggie on the Rox” and got big head
posters printed of him and used them as props on the dance floor!
What advice would you give to future brides and grooms?
It’s worth every penny! Make every plan revolve around you and your guests having fun
and you will have an awesome time planning, and an even better wedding!
