“My life as a chef has encompassed a wide variety of countries, cultures, and cuisines. And an equally diverse range of dining styles, from exquisitely-prepared haute cuisine to luxurious catered events for thousands of guests. At Cescaphe, it is a privilege to apply that experience to being a part of making the dreams of every bride and groom come true. For us, a wedding is not just an event. It is a work of art in which all our skills, talents, and creativity come together in a joyous, never-to-be-forgotten celebration. Favorite Aspect of Role

What I appreciate most is being a part of a team that sets the highest standards for itself—and continually strives to raise them ever higher. I love meeting the different challenges we face in our day-to-day operations. I’m inspired by the energy in the kitchen, the teamwork, and the creativity. We get to create something new every day, try different recipes, and apply unique techniques. Most of all, there’s the satisfaction of seeing our guests enjoy our creations and returning again to celebrate with us.
