This is where the magic begins, where dreams and hopes become reality. Once you’ve set the date and venue, your Cescaphe White Event Coordinator is there to help guide and educate you throughout the planning process. From securing hotel room blocks to suggesting the vendors perfect for your style and budget. About three months before the big day, you’ll meet with your Event Coordinator choose your menu, discuss your timeline, design your wedding cake, and finalize other details. Every step of the way, your Event Coordinator will be there to answer your questions, anticipate your needs, and share our decades of experience to make your wedding a picture-perfect event.
Favorite Aspect of Role
I’m a people person and I LOVE love so I truly enjoy hearing all the stories of how my clients met, how they got engaged, etc. Everyone has a unique love story and it’s genuinely so much fun getting to know our brides/grooms and seeing their dreams come to life. Working with couples on their wedding day is such a joy for me and a true privilege.
Planning the Perfect Menu
- Impress Your Guests – Choose options they wouldn’t normally make for themselves or order at a restaurant. Let your wedding dinner be a special treat for them too
- Have Fun with the Third Entrée! This is the opportunity to something different that your guests will never been served at a wedding before.
- Think about your guests. Are your choices something most will enjoy or are they specific to your personal preferences?
My To Do List
I work with couples from the moment they select their wedding venue and date. We start with a kick-off call where I learn more about the couple and what their dream wedding looks like. Throughout the next several months I am there to help them find vendors and answers all of the questions and provide guidance for all of the things that come up along the way. Around three months before their wedding, I meet with each couple at our office to button up all the details like the cake and ice sculpture design, linen choices, signature cocktail, and all their menu choices.
Last summer a father of the bride called me after their planning session to let me know he was having country artist Tim McGraw come to his daughter’s wedding to sing live for the father-daughter dance! Definitely a pretty incredible surprise!
