Every Cescaphe wedding is a feast for all the senses, but it’s the culinary experience that sets the stage and raises the curtain for all the celebration that follows.

It’s ushered in with our legendary Cocktail Hour-and-a-Half—and continues throughout the event. With a wealth of choices for every course, as well as special seasonal offerings, our menus are designed to free you to be as creative and original as possible in delighting your guests.

Whatever you select, you can be confident that every cocktail, every hors d’oeuvre, and every entrée will be prepared to perfection and served with attention to every detail.

We wouldn’t have it any other way.

All Cescaphe weddings feature our Signature Cocktail Hour-and-a-Half. Guests will enjoy top-shelf cocktails and gourmet hors d’oeuvres, including our chilled seafood bar, two chef-attended action stations, and a selection of 40-50 butlered hors d’oeuvres.

A top-shelf open bar is standard at Cescaphe. It includes over 40 different vodkas, along with a premium selection of rum, gin, scotch, bourbon, whiskey, and cordials, as well an impressive selection of beers and wines. A Signature Cocktail customized by the bride and groom adds a personal touch.


Couples can choose from our menu of 60-70 selections to create a three-course seated dinner with tableside entrée selection made the night of the wedding (less stress for bride and groom!). Guests will enjoy salad, intermezzo, and entrée prepared to order.


Every Cescaphe wedding ends on a sweet note—with an indulgent gourmet dessert display, highlighted by a chef-attended dessert station. The centerpiece is, of course, a stunning four-tier wedding cake, custom-designed by the bride and groom.
